Felt the need to leave a review because this is like 5th time there. There's nobody ever there to help you out if the machines mess up so you lose your money, the machine prices go up all the time for no apparent reason first it was a dollar to vacuum your car then a dollar fifty now $2, and one time I even got a car wash here and it was one of the stupidest things I ever did. I had to meet them somewhere in order to get the car wash sticker. Never got the sticker, talk to somebody over the phone they just sent me the on the go around to different people, who were never able to even refund me the $25 in the first place that I was refunded. The location I went to is on Philadelphia Road in Middle River Maryland. Don't ever go to this location! Unless you're planning on losing money when the machines don't work because there's nobody there, unless you're planning on paying more for vacuuming and spraying your car then you would if you got a fragrance or went to another car wash, or unless you're planning on even having the trash cans filled all the way. The place is messy, there's no service here, the service I have managed to get has been awful because they keep on sending me other places, and all I've done is lose money going here. This will definitely be the last time I ever give this place a shot I just lost a dollar in $0.75 in the machine because their prices went up to $2 from a dollar fifty and nobody let me know this neither did the machine until I put the money in, and there is nobody here to help me, and there's nobody online to get ahold of somebody to get a refund back. This place is awful. You can go here, but you will be wasting your time your money, and your effort. But if you really do enjoy wasting time and money go ahead and go here because you'll have exactly what you want!
