I always have a great experience when I come into the store. I’ve gone in with my dad multiple times and Daniel always saves the day. My dad was first porting over from Sprint to T-Mobile (best decision EVER), he answered all of my dad questions. He even helped him get into a starter smartphone since he was a beginner. Showed my dad how to use the phone and everything. Daniel was very patient. The other time Daniel assisted us was when my dad was messing with his phone and somehow lost his contacts. We visit the store & Daniel retrieved all his contacts in less than 2 mins. Thanks for being a rockstar Daniel! Appreciate the great customer service!
