Horrible customer service with their online sales. Wasted 3 days waiting for a response. Then when I called the Millsboro location I was told I would have to do everything all over again!!!!! Unbelievable!! My previous dealings were very positive, after this my trade will go elsewhere.

I went there to purchase a used 2016 F-150. They made a deal with me on the truck. Upper management later decided they were not making enough money on the deal so they would not honor it. They advertised the truck as Ford certified but they didn't want to pay the fees after the deal was done. They falsely reported to CarFax that the tires and brakes were replace but they were not. They reported to AutoCheck the car was Ford certified but then suddenly it's not. This organization has NO Integrity so stay clear. I should have paid attention this this poor rating they have earned!
