I needed a car remote programmed. You wouldn't think it would be that hard, but dealerships wanted an exorbitant amount. Other locksmiths wouldn't even call me back or wouldn't give me a quote without me coming in or them coming to me (with an upfront fee and no guarantee that they could program the remote).
In stark contrast, I had a helpful e-mail exchange with Maryland Locksmith, and when I came in to get the remote programmed, the staff were courteous and helpful. On top of that, the cost was extremely reasonable.
