The customer service for this company is appalling. They show up late, or not at all and then give you 4 hour windows without a phone call. They send the tech out who explained that he knew true problem before getting there and didn't need to come out. This is his 5th time at the property and the issue is still not fixed. He clearly doesn't know or doesn't care. Refused to look at it and said he only showed up because his boss told him too! Way to waste my day! I asked for his bosses number and he refused to give it to me and then left without doing anything. Called the front desk and they couldn't put me in touch with the supervisor either. They are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. It's a dishwasher...feel bad for the people who deal with them over something bigger.
