Bad customer care service. Tried to encash my coupons through their app and they rejected that. Normally I use the same way in other CVS and they are happy to help us to get maximum deal. Here they are trying you to pay more as they can. Also some if you need to clarification on any deals in the billing time, they told you, will let you know only after the bill is processed ! I don't know why they are so much different compare to other CVS stores ! This is not only for one cashier, faced same issue with 1 other checkout counter in this store. Stay away from this store, If you can !
I really enjoy having this pharmacy close to my home. I've always had pleasant interactions with staff no matter if it's in person or over the phone. Anytime I've had questions about medications, they've been very accommodating and relieved any of my concerns. The male pharmacist can be short in conversation at times but I can't imagine working in a pharmacy and holding the responsibility of such a large amount of patients and medications. Overall, a great place to fill my prescriptions, pick up any miscellaneous health items, or have any of my medical related questions answered. Thanks!!
