Costco Tire Center

Review for the tire center- They are impossible to get on the phone. Even when you go there in person it takes forever to get someone to talk with you. The wait is even longer if they are actually putting any tires on your car. They either need better management or their staff greatly increased. Bottom line be prepared for a long wait.

I think the theme here is it is impossible for one to get their phone call picked up. I found out why! After making my 40th phone call, I decided to just go in person. Being the petty person i am, I kept calling while on my way. Made it to the store before my call was picked up, and lo and behold the phone up front is on silent. Which means the only other phone is in the back where all the work and noise is. The staff is nice enough, but really need more staff to handle the workload. Will be getting my tires and service elsewhere.
