I placed an order for birthday flowers for my daughter. I placed the order on 10/31/15 with a requested delivery date of 11/11/15. They delivered the order on 10/31! An honest mistake. I sent an email and received an absolutely unexpected response. They sincerely apologized for the mistake, took full responsibility for it. They then sent flowers on the correct date AND gave me a full refund. I've never had that happen before when dealing with businesses.
