There are gas stations all over Liberty Road in Randallstown. The customer service in this place was beyond horrible tonight. PHIL made sure I will never spend a dime there. At 11:45, as he hung the sign saying they close at 11:50, while I stood at the counter waiting for him to get back behind the glass, he felt a need to tell me he was closing. Many stores, especially in that area have forgotten what a customer is and how to treat them. You're not doing me any favors by taking my money, I CHOSE you. When I reminded him of that, he told me he was just telling me because he just started and he can close the store whenever he wants and went on to tell me to, "just go". No problem. I wonder how the manager, owner and reps from the franchise name you carry will feel about the regular customer and residual customers you just lost. We game to get back to the time where we took pride in who won the right to receive our money and patronage and we didn't compromise self respect for convenience. This is in top of the inconsistency of the store hours. What seems like every week they're different. Where is the convenience?
