Not worth it! I purchased a Groupon package for a forty five minute facial. My facial was 35 minutes. The facial mainly consisted of my face being exfoliated with long finger nails and a face mask being applied to my face! I could have done the same thing at home. During my shampoo, I had so much soap in my right ear that I had to ask her to be careful. I heard bubbles popping loudly in my ear and my right ear hurts now. Maria makes up for her lack of skills with her sweet personality. When I’m paying for a set of services I expect a decent amount of quality that they couldn’t deliver. I was not given a robe so while drying my hair the back of my T-shirt was wet. During the facial she gave me a shoulder massage that consisted of a lot of random fumbling and during which she also improperly pressed down on the joints in my shoulder and on my collarbone. Overall, the atmosphere may be nice enough but the quality was disturbingly bad for the price paid. Positives was that Salvatore who blow dried my hair seems very knowledgeable about hair but acted like he simply didn’t really care to be there. Another positive is that Maria is sweet. Her skills, on the other hand, were lacking in all areas including the facial, shampoo, and manicure. It’s nice to be around her because she’s like a very nice grandmother but this was a waste of time and money otherwise.
