Very frequently (like 1 in 3 visits) they don't have the meds on hand and we have to come back a few days later to pick it up. I can understand this for one a off rx, but recurring refills? They have 30 days to prepare for the refills on my blood pressure meds or my wife's diabetes rx! It's not like we're ordering something exotic that's off the formulary. Irbesartan and metformin are common medications. They're also really slow, taking 30 minutes or more to dispense a pre-counted blister pack! They can't blame the insurance either, because some of my meds are cheaper full price than the copay. Seriously considering getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere.
