Walmart

Went in, with cash in hand, on 12/29/17 to purchase a Nintendo Switch. After waiting 20 minutes for an associate to help me, I was told that the locked case housing the consoles had a broken lock. It had been broken since 12/24/17. This store had multiples of the system in stock, but the case could not be opened. This had been ongoing for 5 days with no apparent a attempt, and seemingly no apparent concern by the the staff, to fix the lock. They have been missing out on potentially $1000s of dollars of sales in the past 5 days. Unbelievable. Ended up purchasing the system online, next day shipping, from a Non-Walmart source.

Called this store to check stock of an item. The website says "limited availability" so before driving there I figured a simple phone call could save me the trip if they didnt even have the item I was looking for. The very rude women who answered the phone told me that they have no way of checking stock of anything. There has to be an inventory of what is for sale in the store right? Am I crazy to assume that. And how hard would it have been even if there was say a computer problem so she couldnt look it up, to have someone go to the location where the item would be and see if it is there. Unprofessional and lazy
