I was told that my prescription would be ready in a half hour. When I returned two hours later I was told it was ready, but I couldn’t get it because the pharmacist, and only she, had to scan it and she was nowhere to be found. I asked if she could be paged or called, and they said she was out of the store and they didn’t know when she would be back. They said maybe a half hour, but I lived 45 minutes away so I just got my prescription back. She had plenty of time to scan it, and should not be unreachable.
