Village Property is by far the best property management company I have used in Baltimore. They are easy to contact (text, email, online forms, or phone) and they are very quick in handling repair requests, with no more than 5 days for regular requests & 24-hours or less for emergencies, even when the office is closed. If I have one complaint it would be that the office is not open on the weekends and their drop box is not located on the main building door.
