The Village of Chartleytowne Apartment & Townhomes

Places were nice & Spacious but Too many MICE,management came on their own time after a few months from when you move in.Not a big fan of their staff they're too smart and nasty majority of the time, they hire people who have no idea what they're doing preferably with your rent money. Then send out late notices after you pay your rent to get more money out of you.They charge you for every and anything they can charge you for.they try to make you get things you don't want such as renter's insurance and comcast from when i lived there they said my complex couldn't have a satellite in the front of the house. So, they confiscated my satellite and put it in their storage basically trying to force me to get Comcast but there are still some people who had gotten their satellites back in front of their house and they said nothing to them.
