Urban air used to be fun. Went today whenever we go we always spend 150$ or more and was told we couldn't do any flips ! We can only jump up and down the square. Where is the fun in that ? Talked to management Marjorie denied us a refund and said only when we are busy you can't flip, seriously? A half ass rule that's not posted ANYWHERE IN THE PARK they have no running signs but no no flipping signs. Some never and ignorance . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BETTER OFF BUYING YOUR OWN TRAMPOLINE!! WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE WHICH SHE ALSO GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER TO THAT AS WELL!
