This store is great, and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful!
I'm guessing Lauren doesn't ship much - boxes aren't free unless you use the expedited (overnight) services provided by UPS themselves. If you don't have a box, you either purchase one or you recycle one. But to say the owner is swindling you because you don't want to pay for a product is false!
I've never had any type of bad customer service here, but any store can definitely get bad customers! I feel bad when people who are clearly wrong try to blame it on someone else :(
