There are one or two amazing people who work there. Business policies are a nightmare and are not reasonable or helpful for clients who actually want help. It's a big place and unless you have an amazing therapist you will feel like a number. I am guessing these *business* policies ( which show little actual knowledge or care for certain members of the client base) may be hard for the staff as well because most of the great people leave. There are exceptions, and you can be sure they (good therapists who stay) are amazing people who actually care about clients-unlike the administration.
