The Crownsville post office is frequently without internet connectivity and there for cannot process mail, they can only accept postage paid drop-offs. This latest episode has lasted weeks, right around the Christmas holiday shipping rush, forcing people to have to use the inadequate Annapolis or Crownsville locations or drive all the way to Arnold. This location also does not have the self service kiosk. Parking is inadequate. Basically, this is a terrible post office.
