If I could give 0 stars I would,the lady at the front was disrespectful and incompetent . I went to pick up 3 packages ,only one was given to me,when I gave her the tracking number for the other 2 ,she told me she wasn't going to search for it ,turned around and left me at the front .the supervisor' s attitude is horrible,he wasn't helpful at all,He told me the packages werent there and he didn't even tried looking for them with the tracking number.I dread going there to pick up my mail/packages.The only person that was helpful was Kami (I'm hoping I got her name right) she took my information,the tracking number and was able to find both my packages. She should be the supervisor from that location instead of that guy with the nasty attitude.
