Clothing selection is ok. Customer service is inconsistent. Neither of the associates spoke to me for the 30 minutes I was in the store shopping. This is the first Torrid I've been that did not assist you with a dressing room. I felt like I was in JcPenny or Belk where you just walk in a dressing room and you're on your own. The associate did come by and explained the sales to another shopper but never to me. Tanja was my cashier. She verified the names of the Torrid account for the 2 customers before me but did not verify mine when she checked me out. I'm not sure what was different about me than the previous customers. I had to ask her if my account came up since she did not verify my info. She said "yeah, I put the phone number in". I drove 30 minutes to shop here. Will be driving 30 minutes the opposite way to another Torrid.
