Tessemae's

I ordered product on 3/15 (which I have done numerous times over the last few months with zero problems), they deducted my money immediately and I received a confirmation email. All seemed well. 5 days later I receive confirmation it was shipped (5 days to pack and ship, hm?!) I hadn't received it after 8 more days so I sent an email inquiring. I was informed they had emailed me for a physical address, but never heard back from me and ran out of my ranch. (mind you I put in both my physical and PO Box so I never have to worry how items are shipped since I have both!) but I received nothing. I checked spam and no email ever received. So, what they're telling me is they can't see both my addresses (yet never had an issue before), both addresses show in my confirmation email and both addresses were on my shipping label. They couldn't see my physical address but it magically appears everywhere! I'm pretty sure that was a side show to the fact that they either shipped out my ranch even after I paid for it and ran out or just ran out and so I had to wait 15 days total to receive my items! They could careless about their customers as I continue receiving excuses and even as a returning costumer I am offered nothing for my wait or annoyance - Oh except they hope I enjoy my products! HA! Beware they are quick to take your money and ship your items elsewhere!!!
