Target

I don’t think i will ever come back to this store for my baby registry again. There are items I could not purchase online therefore I came to the store to purchase. What makes it frustrating is the lady at the checkout counter couldn’t look up my registry even I shown her the my app. I also told her the items on the registry was different compared to the store sticker price. She was relieved to hear that and sent me to customer service. I came to the customer service center, after 20 minutes waiting in the line, the customer service rep asked me to signed into the target registry device. However, she said the items are purchased. And told me to stand by the side and wait for the manager. 30 minutes later, manager came and went to print out my registry, and said they can process it now. Another 15 minutes later, finally another customer service rep came to help me to check out. I am thankful that finally there is ONE person in the entire Target knows how to do it. The total process from my first checkout to finally made a purchase takes more than 60 minutes.
