They charged carpet replacement fee through a mail and as soon as we got the mail on feb 5, we paid the damn fee through residential portal. And like only 10days later surprise, you get rude as hell blackmail anyway with charge with interest.
Plus when you have problem and call leasing office they always say they are going to call back. They always never call you back. You always have to follow up yourself and even when you follow up the day they are supposed to call you, they are not ready to solve it anyway. Don't expect anything. Tayvon is nice.
