I am completely baffled at the service I just received. The staff had no clue what they were doing, completely confused through the whole process. As someone who has worked for the chain, I guarantee the establishment has a list of what items go in what wrap- to not utilize that list is completely unacceptable if you don't know/are unsure. If I could post pictures of what I got, I would. My over all visit was very disappointing and dissatisfying. I've been here several times before and never had any issues. I don't know what happened in the week I was gone, but if you're going to hire new employees, make sure you train them properly.
