Shockley Honda

Went in today with my brother to check out a new civic. Salesman took us to his desk and proceeded to interview my brother. When I said to him that we didn’t have a lot of time and would prefer to just go outside and find one that we liked on the lot he said and I quote, “we don’t operate like that”. I wanted to say, “excuse me” but instead I told him that we would go to another dealership and walked straight of there. I was amazed that someone in sales would say something like that to a new potential customer. Would not recommend this deakship to anyone. Sad because it’s 5 minutes from our home but such is life!
