Sears Optical

Terrible service. i have been waiting on my replacement (insurance) glasses for over three weeks. I purchased two pair of prescription glasses from here (paying much more than i should have-but my thought was Sears being a reputable place) both frames have had the left and right arm fall off. i went to get service one evening before they closed and the lady was very rude, did not want to help because she was closing the store early. went back one week later to see if my glasses had come in and it seems the never placed the order. Stay away! I would rate them with 0 star, but the only way to send this post was to fill in at least one. Stay away!
