Rite Aid

This is the may be my fifth time 1hrs waited for a pill madecine, today also i was with my baby and they requested wait for few min, but tooks 1hrs even i went drive thru also but they ignored me 20min and i went in they showed me rude face. Disgusting costumer service all day long, they don't know how to surve costumer. Even there was not busy too, if they busy they should say something to costumer. My baby got extra sick coz long time waited for a pill madecine. I want suggest to my all peoples do not go in this location to see that rude face.

Never have my medications in stock. It's a monthly prescription and this was supposed to be my primary pharmacy. Month after month it's the same excuses and attitudes, simply for questioning why we can't seem to get on the same page. I feel they are only still in business because they're open 24 hours a day, up the road from a very large hospital. If business was based on customer service, they would have closed the doors long ago.
