Righttime Medical Care

I went to this location on 9/27/17. The front desk staff was amazing! Very nice, helpful and professional. My medical provider not so much. She was nice but not very competent. I went in because both of my ears hurt and felt full. I had the most awful pressure across my forehead. Before I could tell her my symptoms she immediately told me that I had the virus that was going around. I told her that was impossible since I wasn't coughing, had no cold symptoms, or fever. It was then that she decided to exam me only looking in my eyes, nose, and ears. She then tells me my ears are full of fluid and are enclaved. I ask how that happens, no real answer was given and I was told to take Sudafed. The whole thing took 6 minutes. I went to my primary care doctor yesterday as I was still feeling the same. I have a ear infection that has reinfected itself because it was left untreated 2 weeks ago. If you value your health and life do not come here for medical care.
