I have been a member of Retro fitness for more than 5 years and go 3/week. Unfortunately, I have noticed a steady decline in the past year or so. Machines that break go un-repaired for weeks, and often months. Many of the TVs on the treadmills and ellipticals are broken with no sign warning you before you get on to begin your workout. The weight machines are so close together it's difficult to maneuver around them. Since I usually go in the early mornings I can only speak for the front desk employees I see then, but few of them even look up from their phones to greet you when you come in or leave, and concerns are met with shrugs. I understand this is a no-frills gym, but it's frustrating to see even the basics ignored.
Nice staff. Clean gym. Friendly people go here
