If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Don't waste your time going here. While I enjoyed the tele-doctor and felt she provided a strong level of care, the office and staff are horrible. The doctor requested that I use a chin-strap. The staff did not bother ordering it and having it onsite for a follow-up appointment as she directed. Their response at the follow up visit was that they will order it and I would have to drive from 45 minutes away to pick it up or I could pay for the cost and they would ship it to me. Their mistake and I have to be burdened by their incompetence. I ended up ordering on from Amazon and paid for it out of pocket. Had a follow up appointment at the Annapolis location and the staff did not show up to open the doors on time. When the staff arrived they nonchalantly were walking up to open the door 45 minutes after the first person's appointment was scheduled to start. Just received a bill 12 months after services was rendered. What a joke. I could not even apply this against by Flexible Spending Account since the benefits year changed. If your doctor requests you go here. Get another option even if you have to wait longer. This place is a total joke!
