Our room was very dirty. Burns all over bathtub. Soap holder feel off the wall while taking a shower. Dirt looks like it was there for years behind bathroom door. Soap on the sink had been touched with soap all over the wrapper. Bed were so uncomfortable. There was screaming out side all night banging on the steps. The people upstairs toilet ran all night long. Was scared a bug was gonna crawl at any min pillows looked about 2 years old were small
