Quest Diagnostics Bel Air MacPhail Rd

I had a small wait but nothing too terribly bad. The techs seem overwhelmed but still friendly. There are some people who aren't tech savy in using sign-in pads and it would helpful to have better instructions on how to operate the pads for those who aren't tech savy. It also would be most helpful to have a person at the window to help those who have trouble. It's been over a year since I've been here and there's been substantial remodeling. Looks decent.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is my second time coming here and it’s been completely uninviting. The ENTIRE time the worker, Shania, said not one word to me. I asked multiple questions, she didn’t even answer. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, I happened to hear a co-worker call her by her name. She didn’t wear gloves. She was cursing under her breath. I was feeling so uncomfortable because of her behavior I actually found myself apologizing for taking up her time. FOR REAL. I APOLOGIZED FOR HAVING TO GET BLOOD DRAWN ORDERED BY MY DOCTOR. I swear she hurt me on purpose. I have to get blood drawn twice a week. I’m a pro and this is the first time this ever hurt SO BAD. It won’t stop bleeding. After she took all my blood she stated that my insurance didn’t cover quest and I should’ve went to Labcorp and now I owe $3,000! She never took my insurance card so I don’t know where she even came up with this information but I feel like that is information you tell someone BEFORE you perform the task. Long story short, my insurance DOES cover quest so I don’t know why she even said that. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. NEVER.
