We didn't use them because the reps were so aggressive that they were almost nasty. Clearly they work on commission of some sorts. The first rep I dealt with, I almost had to hang up on his since he wasn't listening to me. So, I made my BF call 2nd time since I thought maybe bad rep and/or doesn't like women. No, my BF also had the same experience. While the price offered was great, clearly how they 'motive' its employees left a bad taste for us that we went with a competitor.

They offer no estimate of arrival or pickup time until the night before, making it impossible to coordinate with a hired moving team. They refuse to build their delivery schedule in real time so they can put their driver's route first and customers second.
