If you're a customer that likes fraud, scams, and having your money stolen, then this is the place for you to shop. The minute you enter the store you're greeted with a "hello" which quickly turns in to condescending attitudes making you feel like YOU don't even know what you want in your home. There's salesmen promise to make you chairs that will work for backwards facing knees. Once you make a purchase the scams begin. NO RECEIPT, NO DELIVERY TIME/DATE. We called days later asking for our delivery time/date and was told that we would get a call back in a few minutes. The Next Day we call again to find that the phone number no longer is in service. After calling another location we were finally able to talk to the "owner" whom introduced himself as a "delivery guy"... the headache continued. Lies, Lies, Lies over and over. We were told that we could get our delivery four days later... only after requesting a refund and reporting fraud to law enforcement were we offered a delivery in three hours. STILL PATIENTLY WAITING FOR EITHER THE REFUND OR THE DELIVERY! Moments after leaving this review... The "owner" has just called my wife's cell phone is now complaining to us that we left this review. Just how much more unprofessional could this company actually be? (yes, this last part is an update edited review)
