Very unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When the day and time of our appointment came, the groomer never showed up. We waited 30 minutes and called and left a message. We called again 15 minutes later and left a second message. Finally over an hour went by and we received a phone call from someone named Cindy who said she was sick and was waiting to see if she would feel better later. It was totally unprofessional for them to not notify us in advance of the illness of their groomer or even just tell us she was possibly going to be late and then to not even be apologetic or offer to reschedule us on another day. We informed them of our frustration and they could have cared less and saw no reason why they should have called earlier. I would not recommend them at all.
