Party City

On the 9th of Nov 2017 I went to Party City looking for a Pinata. When I could not find a particular one I decided to ask a sales rep. I appeoached 3 sales rep that were in conversation, and asked "do you have any 21 birthday pinata's?" One rep replied no and the other 2 just stood there. No effort was made to even check; obviously I was disturbing their conversation. My wife and I continued to look and found one of a few of the pinata's. Not wanting to disturb the reps anymore, I grabbed a ladder from the floor and retrieved the item myself. All I can say is poor service and for the reps, "get a new job that better fit your skill sets". Businesses with great ideas often fall, because of the people the business recruite to represent the bussiness.
