If you don't care where you stay...

My family of 5 and my friends family of 5 wanted to stay somewhere together and not in a hotel room with adjoining rooms. We wanted a condo where we could stretch out and enjoy our vacation together. Well, we found it but it was so far from relaxing and enjoyable you would not imagine. This place is close to the boards and wlivable but for about 5% of people that do not care where you stay as long as there is a bed. This place called Parrot Isla #27 at 4th and Phila in OC, MD is horrendous. I have texted and sent pictures and complaints since the first minute of walking in this place. From the dirt and inches of dust and filth around the whole place and the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the whole place, it would make you choke. I was told there was no smoking but everything smelled from it and trashcan had them in it.The owner could not care in the least bit about anything I said about his place and only answered once with a maintenance guy to replace the non working fan. I have real pictures of this place instead of the staged ones and these are even after the cleaners were here. Ha-ha, what a joke. Next time we will spend a little more $$ to get a better liveable place then this. My friend and I fixed most of the issues ourselves because the owner (Jim Thomas) would not even respond to our requests/complaints about the living conditions here. The toilet ran for 4 days straight and I am sure his water bill will be more then we paid for the week. And I told him about it among plenty of other things all week. But nothing was ever done..
