Palisades of Towson

I have been living here for the past 6 months and it was been an absolute delight. I moved to Towson to take a job at the university but my family has not moved yet. So most of the week, I live alone. I feel so SAFE! The police station is right behind the building and the parking garage is easy to use. I feel very safe in it as well as walking into town. I have only had one maintenance issue and it was handled quickly even on a holiday weekend. The staff is so proactive about maintenance, it's hardly needed. When you are thinking about where to live, consider the Palisades. Do the math and you will likely find out that without the cost of utilities, the Palisades is competitive and just a lovely place to live.
