A representative from NOvA Pools was scheduled to provide me with a price for pool deck resurfacing. The company made two appointments to meet me at my residence. Both appointments the rep did not show up or call. I realize this is the busy season but come on call if you can't make it. Very dissatisfied will not recommend this company.
