Last year my experience with this MyEyeDoctor was great, but this time, the particular employee that was "helping me" was not effective or helpful what so ever. I could tell that she treated me differently as there was a lack of greeting and help, as she greeted another customer warmly and kindly. While she was printing my information, she spent a large amount of time socializing with other employees while there was obviously work to be done, definitely don't recommend.
