My purpose for going here was to convert my Provisional License to the Full drivers license via a letter that the MVA wrote me to congratulate me about it, along with "renewing my license" to quote the women who was assisting me. Yesterday I got there 5 minutes before 8:30am and waited in a line outside. Which is typical here because people have work and other activities. When 8:30am came by, people flooded the room and a massive line formed. The women with a suit came out and greeted everyone, which was nice. Then there is a man that will help anyone by the kiosk, he was nice as well. There was 2 people by the service desk then a 3rd employee came out and helped those waiting in line. She came to me and I told her why I was here. She got me a ticket instantly then went to take a seat. That was cool because I skipped past 5 people ahead of me. I was ticket G3 and it was about a 10 minute wait before I was called. The women who handled my renewal didn't seem to care about her job. When she asked for my documents, and took a look at it, she looked upset and shaking her head while typing on the screen. As if she was frustrated at me or the computer. Then there was another thick women walking behind the counters and she stared at her computer of what she was typing then she was writing something down on her clipboard. Which I thought that was strange and I didn't bother to question it. After the renewal process, the best thing I heard her say was "Have a nice day sir" in a quiet tone. I thanked her for the process and left. I was very patient with her and didn't understand why she was frustrated. Then again, it was the morning time and people can be cranky. I'm thankful that there was a MVA Express near my location and didn't have to go to the full service MVA. All and all, it was a quick renewal and took a total of 30 minutes. Which was not bad. I cannot comment about the other employees working at the counters, but if you all get this women, beware.

This is the worst situation I have ever had to endure. I go in to renew tags and I'm told I have ticket. I go to pay the tickets and I am told I need releases. I call to get the release sent over. The guy in the MVA says you have to have them faxed. The person giving the release tells me I can only get the release if I am standing at the clerk in the MVA. So I get inline and try again. I hold for 30 mins. of course I get to the line and have to start over because I'm holding again. This is a crappy way to conduct business. A bunch of laziness. I have never seen such stupidity.
