I have gone to these guys for years, and they have always treated me pretty fairly. Usually they let me know if I need work done, and they will usually take me into the garage to show me. In some cases I've had another mechanic look at what they describe and they have not yet recommended anything over-the-top. All in all a pretty good bunch of people, and way better than the AAA place across the street.
