Miller & Smith at Aspen North

I wish I could give Miller & Smith zero stars. This is just a warning to anyone considering the purchase of a Miller & Smith home. Here's my Miller & Smith horror story. I'll skip over a few of the construction weaknesses we've discovered over ten years right to the most horrific one. We had to tear away several walls in our Miller & Smith home when we noticed wet spots. Eventually, what was discovered was that in the construction of the house, whoever strung the wiring drilled through a 2 X 4 wall stud and directly into a waste water pipe. For the past ten years, waste water has been leaking behind our walls. We uncovered a lot of mold and, we fear, that the mold has contributed to health problems in the house. Granted, the house is no longer under warranty; but, this was not something that WENT WRONG with the house; it is something that WAS DONE WRONG during construction and nothing that we would have suspected during our final inspection. Miller & Smith is turning their back on us and disavowing any responsibility in cleaning up the mold and rebuilding the home. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MILLER & SMITH HOME!
