Mattress Firm Prince Frederick

Keith, the salesman, was very helpful in choosing a mattress and got us a fair price! The mattress is working great for us. Only downside was delivery ... the first time, the (third-party) contract delivery service guys pulled off the handle and ripped a hole in the side of the mattress and had to come back the next day to deliver a new mattress. We also got a mattress protector and the warranty on the mattress protector works as promised! Our dog had an accident in bed which soaked through the mattress protector but they replaced the mattress. Again, the (third p-party) contract delivery service was problematic... there was a problem with the truck and they had to reschedule the delivery twice. When the delivery guys finally showed up, they didn't want to take the mattress because it was stained (which was the whole point of it being replaced!). After ten minutes on the phone with their boss, they finally understood that the mattress was being returned under the mattress protector policy, not the mattress policy and were able to take the old mattress and deliver the new mattress. Other than the delivery issues with the third party delivery company, the mattress is great! And all of our interactions with Keith and the folks at Mattress Firm were incredibly positive...they did everything in their power to resolve any issues and make our experience a good one.
