Bought a mattress, sales rep was great, first available delivery was 3 weeks. Come delivery day, they cancelled, put me at the end of the line, ANOTHER 3 WEEKS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Can't get a human on the phone, not their toll-free number, their local number, not even their corporate number! They just don't want to be bothered with customers! Well, they won't be bothered with ME ever again. That I can tell you.
