Terrible customer service..Im more of a Nordy lady myself! Tried the order on line and pick up, but that was an epic FAIL! I returned to the store twice and they STILL weren't able to locate the items I purchased. I had to give the associate my personal cell to give me a call when they found my stuff, AND STILL HAD AN ISSUE when I came back the third time. That location will never get my business again!
