I had multiple oil changes at this particular location and honestly, this was my last. They forgot to screw or didn't screw in properly the protective cap underneath my vehicle which ended up popping out on the highway. I dragged my way to a dealership to get it checked it and luckily they screwed it back in for me. I went back to the Lube Center to speak with the manager. I spoke with Josh Hoyt who reviewed the tapes and was unable to conclude as to what happened that day, but offered a free oil change for the trouble (after he hinted at the fact that I should have been charged more than what I typically pay and what is listed on their service board. I guess to make me feel like they already gave me a deal except for I was charged their normal fee minus my $5 or $10 coupon). Any who, he verified my address and advised that I will receive a coupon of some sort from their corporate office for the free oil change. It's been months and I still haven't received anything from them. Josh Hoyt has no integrity as a manager. This is not a way to do business with customers. I have a crack underneath my car now and he has taken "0" responsibility. I will never go to another Lube Center again after so many years of being their loyal customer.
