Lowe's Home Improvement

I usually don't get along well with Lowe's at all, even with the customer service headquarter. However this one, specifically the appliances associates and the cashier get my 5 stars for being Smart, efficient and humorous, made the whole process so much easier and faster. I feel the overall staffs are very well trained as well, will have to find out more next time. They were honest and helpful even for a humbly priced item. The best Lowe's experience of ALL in MD so far, Pretty impressive! fyi. my visit was around 4:30-5:00 pm, the whole store was exceptionally pleasant.

Was in today asking about a concrete project, Matt at the paint counter was very friendly and helpful, great customer service same for Joann at the register! Thanks!
