Lowe's Home Improvement

Lowe's is great! I have yet to go there and NOT find what I need. If there isn't a person readily available then you just push one of those help buttons and they come. It wasn't always like that. A few years back you were hard pressed to get help or help that knew anything! Recently, however, the employees seem to be helpful and know their stuff. The Garden Center is amazing! I can spend TONS of time there in summer and even if I choose a lot of stuff, it's not outrageously expensive.

Beware of Appliances! My mother bought a refrigerator and they first delivered the wrong one, they sub-contract a delivery outfit and the communication between the two entities is pathetic. Had to special order a refrigerator and it took upwards of 2 weeks to receive one. Told she would get a $50 gift card for the inconvenience. Another lie. I'd never buy anything from them again personally.
